Shipping Policy
Saskia is dedicated to shipping your orders as soon as possible, but allow 2-4 weeks for the preparation and the shipping of your new artwork. Sometimes an artwork still needs to be varnished and this needs to dry properly.
As soon as the artwork is shipped you will be notified by Saskia.
The preferred shipping service for smaller paintings is PostNL
For larger packages FedEx or UPS will be the preferred shipping service.
Larger paintings with a shipping address in the Netherlands, will be delivered by Saskia herself if the distance is under 50 km from the studio.
Delivery time in the Netherlands is 2-4 days.
Delivery time International is 10-14 days.
If you need a change of address, I must be alerted within 24 hours of purchase in order to guarantee a redirect. I am unable to change the address once it has dispatched from my studio. Please contact me through the contact page as soon as possible.
Saskia van Drunen is not responsible for undelivered packages based on incorrect shipping addresses given by the customer. Please ensure that you provide the complete and correct mailing addresses at the checkout.
